Victor is a member of the Palm Springs Writers Guild, the Diamond Valley Writers Guild, and the Orange County Writers Association in Southern California

Victor was born in Austria, and when he was seven years old, the family immigrated to the U.S. He did a tour of duty for the U.S. Army in Virginia, Texas, and Europe and has used this experience and the locations in some of his stories.

He retired as the Senior Vice President of Production Operations for a major aerospace company, where Vic managed more than a thousand employees to produce a product used around the world for the airlines and heavy trucking industry.

He is the first to agree that writing a novel has many additional, interesting, and very challenging facets. His prior business experience has helped him to organize and effectively present very imaginative ideas. He grew up and still lives in Southern California with his wife, Liz.

He has written and published twelve books, all written as a series, with eight to ten of the same characters in each book. The first is THE PRAGUE DECEPTION, and the latest is THE BAVARIAN MACHINATION, due out in July of 2018. The books don’t have to be read in order. Each book stands on its own with its own story. However, the first book goes into more detail on the main characters.
