Rose Baldwin is a Midwesterner by birth and a Californian by choice. She has been a joker, a daydreamer and a scribbler her whole life. She’s worked in banking, taught finance and worked for the federal government. In all cases her bosses thought she’d be happier doing something else. The Claire Stories, a chapbook, was published in 2016. Her novel Mike’s Magic Burgers was published in 2017. Claire Streaking Through the Autumn of Her Life, a collection of stories and poems, is due for publication in the fall of 2021.
